State of Georgia. Wilkes County }

I John Smith of Wilkes County being sick and weak but of Sound mind and memory, Do make and ordain this my last will and Testament revoking all others by me made.

First it is my wish and desire that I be decently burried after my death

Secondly I give unto my friend David Anglin to him and his heirs all my Estate real and personal, as I think of nothing more than a compensation for the support and real services that I have received from the Said David Anglin before and during my present illness.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal the 29th day of April One Thousand Eight Hundred and Three
