Answer: This Web site is coded according to Web standards instituted by Worldwide Web Consortium. Microsoft Internet Explorer does not fully conform to these Web standards. If you wish to have the ability to increase/decrease text sizes on this site, and many other sites, you need to download the following browser and use it. It will only take you a couple of days to get used to the new browser, which is much more secure from viruses/worms than Internet Explorer and a much better browser, period!
