After divine services by BRO. JOHN S. CALLOWAY and J.H. FORTSON the church met in conference. 1st Open the door of the church. Received by letter BRO. W.N. EVINS and SISTER LUCRETIA EVINS from Friendship Church, BRO. JOSEPH POWELL, SISTER MARY A. POWELL, and SISTER SARAH POWELL from Jewells Mills and SISTER REBECCA SHEPARD from Lincolnton Church in full fellowship.
2nd Called for reference. The case of G.T. HUGULEY was taken up. Received the report of the committee to see BRO. HUGULEY and dis________[doesn't look like "discharged"] him. BRO. HUGULEY being present maid (sic) satisfactory acknowledgments to the church and was forgiven.
Heard the report of the committee in reference to laying of the Grove Yard in lots which is as follows: Your committee do submit the following report. We have laid off the yard go by 138 feet. The parallels are 15 feet with walks about 4 feet wide [end of page. This may be the beginnings of the FCBC cemetery??]
