DEATH OF W. N. POWELL
Last Tuesday night Mr. W. N. Powell died at his home in Danburg. He had been in bad health for some time, and the end was not unexpected. He was 70 years old, a Confederate Veteran, upright and honest citizen, and by successful farming had accumulated good property. Wife, two sons, W. N. and Albert, one daughter, Miss Ethel survive him. His remains were interred in the family burial ground. To the bereaved ones, we extend our sympathy.
