Obituary of Curtis B. Watson
Curtis B. Watson, 66, of Rt. 3, Jay, died Friday in a local Pensacola hospital.
He was a member of the Pine Level Baptist Church, a verteran of World War II, a member of the Jay Chapter of American Legion and a resident of Jay for the past 40 years.
Survivors include one son, David Watson of Crestview; two brothers, W. W. (Buddy) Watson and J. O. Watson, both of Jay; seven sisters Mrs. Essie Holloway of Jay, Mrs. Ruth Hutson, Miss Virginia Watson, Mrs. Ada Giddeon, and Mrs. Ida Albritton all of Pensacola, Mrs. Velvie Freeman of Milton, and Mrs. Agnes Freeman of Tavares.
Funeral services will be 10 a. m. Monday in the Pine Level Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe Bamberg officiating.
Burial will be in the Concord Cemetery with Flomaton Funeral Home directing.
The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to services.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Godwin, Charlies B. Leonard, Hubert _______, Carl Spraw, Jack Weeks, and Otho Roberts.
