Obituary of Ruth Watson Smolensky

Ruth Watson Hutson, 98, of Pensacola died Sunday, April 13, 1997 at Three Oak Manor.

Mrs. Hutson was a native of Hartford, Ala. and lived in Atlanta Ga. for many years before moving to Central Florida. She had been a resident of Pensacola for the past 23 years. She was of the Baptist Faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Capt. Roy D. Hutson, U. S. Army.

Survivors include her son, James E. Hutson, of Albany, N.Y.; two sisters, Virginia Watson, of Pensacola and Velvie Freeman of Milton, Fla; and a brother, William W. (Buddy) Watson, of Jay, Fla.

Funeral services will be 2 p. m., Wednesday, April 16, 1997 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel, Scenic Hwy. with Rev. David Lowry, Pastor of Whitfield Memorial Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Bayview Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Mike Smolensky, Shelle Albritton, Billy Watson, Roger Watson, Jackie Watson, and Bill Crain.

Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Friends may call at the chapel from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday.

The family would like to than all employees of the Three Oak Manor and Hospice of Northwest Florida for their loving care and all our friends for every act of kindness shown in the loss of our loved one.
