Obituary of Watson Wayne Giddeon
Wayne "Chomper" Watson Giddeon, 51, of Pensacola, died Wednesday, October 5, 1988 in Kwajalien Marshall Islands.
Mr. Giddeon was a native of Florida and had resided in Pensacola all of his life. He was employed with Clement Brother Construction in the Kwajalien Marshall Islands. Mr. Giddeon was an Iron Worker for 30 years.
Survivors include: his wife, Cassie Giddeon; a stepson, James Monroe Morris; three stepdaughters, Yvonne C. McDougal, Wanda C. Morris, Sydney K. Spink; two sons, Jimmy Wayne Giddeon, Randy Dale Giddeon; a daughter, Karen Lynn Jordon; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Kenneth Giddeon, Carl Giddeon; two sisters, Lois Hemmer, and Jeanette Manwell.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday [October 15], in the Chapel of Faith Chapel with the Rev. J.E. McGraw and the Rev. Alvin Potts officiating.
Burial will be in the Bayview Memorial Park with Faith Chapel in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be: John Elliott, Tom Willfong, Monroe Morris, Tommy Brown, Alvin Potts and John Gunn.
