Obituary of Ida Lee Watson Albritton
Mrs. Ida Albritton, 82, of 501 North Shoemaker St., died Saturday afternoon in a local nursing home.
Mrs. Albritton was a native of Geneva County, Ala., and had resided in Pensacola for the past 28 years. She was a member of the Concord Primitive Baptist Church.
Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Ruth Smolensky, Mrs. Louise Sutton, and Mrs. Blanches Johnson all of Pensacola, Mrs. Hattie Brown of Miami, and Mrs. Quida Crain of El Paso, Texas; three sons, Shelby Albritton of Pensacola, Max Albritton of Jackson ville and Sheila Albritto of Louisville, Ky.; six sisters, Mrs. Ruth Hutson, Mrs. Ada Giddeon and Mrs. Virgina Watson, all of Pensacola, Mrs. Essie Holloway of Jay, Mrs. Agnes Freeman of Tavares, Fla., and Mrs. Velvie Freeman of Cilton; two brothers, Oliver Watson and Woodroe Watson, both of Jay; 17 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10 a. m. Tuesday in the Concord Primitive Baptist Church in Jay.
The body will be placed in the church 9:00 a. m. Tuesday from Fisher-Pou Chapel.
