Hughes, Jr., be and are hereby appointed Trustees of "Charlton Chapel," with full power to do all manner of things (not conflicting with the Laws and Constitution of this State,) for the purpose of promoting the christian religion, to make such rules and regulations as they may deem best for the furtherance of the objects contemplated by christianity, so far as relates to "Charlton Chapel," in the town of Nebraska, Banks county, Georgia.

James R Lacy Respectfully showeth that William E Lacy, a resident of said county until his death which happened on the 26 of January 1872 has left a small estate which consist of a claim of a pension from The United States Government a soldier in the War of 1812 and your petitioner showeth that in order to draw or receive the estate there must be a proper representation. Therefore your petitioner applies for temporarily administration for without said there would be great danger of loss of said pension. Your petitioner showeth that he is the grandson of William E Lacy and claims to be appointed upon this ground for information on the protitioner that the estate of William E Lacy is in said County, said State of Georgia of residence. ___?_
